Discounts are available for reservations made within 30 days of your arrival. Discounts are also available for stays over 7 nights. Please email us for special rates.

We cannot take reservations more than 12 months in advance.

All rates are subject to Hawaii tax of 11.41%.

The condo unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and you will have fresh supplies of linens and towels. Additional cleaning maybe requested at an additional charge based on the current cleaning rate. Reservations made for less than 5 nights shall be subject to a cleaning fee of $85 + Hawaii taxes of 4.16% unless it is filling an unreserved period of 4 days or less in between bookings.

This is a non-smoking condo.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION

We require a 50% of the total rental amount as deposit within seven days of making the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival date.

A full refund of the deposit shall be returned if cancelled (in writing or email) 30 days prior
to arrival date (this does not apply to reservations of more than 3 consecutive weeks, please email booking@gomauiparadise.com for more information). If cancellation is made in less than 30 days prior to your arrival date and we are unable to rebook your reserved dates, the deposit will be forfeited.
